The public self-test keeps answers in your browser. A company assessment shares only your name, optional reference ID, ranked result, evidence signal, and summary scores with the company shown before you begin.
Method
Twenty-four core questions use a balanced comparison design. Every one of the nine patterns appears eight times, and every possible pair appears twice. Up to six follow-up comparisons focus only on the three leading patterns.
Each answer maps explicitly to one primary motivation. Results are ranked within your own response set. Raw answer-by-answer choices are not sent to company dashboards.
Limits and company use
The Enneagram has mixed research support. This app is for self-reflection and team development, not diagnosis, employment screening, treatment, hiring, promotion, discipline, or proof of a fixed identity.
Company managers can see results only for their own company. The platform owner can administer all companies. Authentication and company boundaries are enforced by the server.
